In particular, he/she will work on the development and maintentance of electronic patient registries for rare haematological diseases.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;WHAT WE ARE SEEKING<ul><li dir="ltr">BSc or equivalent degree in any Biological Science, Computer Science, Engineering or closely related field&nbsp;</li><li dir="ltr">Documented experience and/or training in software engineering and development of web applications, preferably in PHP</li><li dir="ltr">Strong command of the English language</li></ul>&nbsp;The following will be considered as advantage:<ul><li dir="ltr">An MSc/PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational biology, Medical Informatics, Computer Science, or a closely related field</li><li dir="ltr">Previous experience in database management systems, such as MySQL</li><li dir="ltr">Previous experience in API development</li><li dir="ltr">Previous experience in biomedical/medical informatics and/or bionformatics</li></ul>&nbsp;HOW TO APPLYA cover letter, a detailed curriculum vitae and names of two referees should reach the Institute by&nbsp;Wednesday, February 5th 2025, via e-mail at:&nbsp;<a href="mailto:vacancies@cing.ac.cy">vacancies@cing.ac.cy</a>, stating the reference code.
